Michael's Creation

We've held a work Superbowl party for the last 2 years at least and have been attending one for several years before that. This time Michael outdid himself in the food department.

Check it out!! It's an ice cream watermelon.

It's equal parts of lime and pineapple sherbet and two parts raspberry sherbet. Very yummy!! He had to soften the ice cream and then mold it to the bowl, soften the raspberry and mix chocolate chips in and then fill the center. Keep this baby frozen until you're ready to eat. It melts faster than you'd think. It was a fabulous ending to our entourage of food which included homemade calzones and Wingers sticky fingers. Seriously, the football is fun and all, but I'm there for the food and the socialization!

Love it! Do the chocolate chips taste weird in the sherbet?

That is awesome! Not just the creation itself, but the fact that Michael did it! Brian can only make bowls of cereal. Hope his employees are enjoying their talented manager!
